During my holiday I caught myself thinking about work anyway.

Not about quotes or e-mails, but about the question why some development projects run so smoothly and others cause so much frustration.

I think the answer is often not in the technology.

Almost any EMS company can assemble a good board. The real differences come from the way you work together.

A #protoPCBA is not an end product, after all. It is an intermediate step to learn something. So you want to be able to switch, adjust a design, have a quick chat, or point an engineer at something that stands out during assembly.
