Parts and suppliers
When we say component we (almost always) mean an electronic item. A part is any small technical item: components, but also screws, nuts, spacers and the like. This page is about where the parts for your PCBA come from, and what to do when one is hard to get.
Suppliers we buy from
We purchase from the suppliers below. Our BOM Search Tool checks stock and price at all of them in real time, so we know every part is available the moment we order. Delivery times are averages to our workshop, in working days.

Name the supplier and its order number (SKU) in your BOM whenever you can; see the Bill of Materials page. It removes any doubt about which part, packaging and shipping variant is meant.
Parts that are not available
- Supply them yourself. A part none of our suppliers stocks, or a Digi-Key Marketplace listing, is one you consign to us. Mark it in the KLA-CC column of your BOM and follow the consignment instructions.
- Good Old Stock. If you still have a scarce component on an old PCB, we desolder it for you free of charge, so you can keep testing during a temporary shortage.
- Alternatives. Resistors and capacitors given by value only may be replaced by an equivalent part with the same value. For other parts, list the alternatives you accept in extra MPN columns, or tell us in the Allow alternatives column.
Consignment list
For every project we generate a consignment list: every part you send to DeltaProto, with its designator, its MPN where available, and the quantity needed.
