What customers write to us
These are e-mails from customers about the prototype boards we built for them, quoted as they were written, with the name and company of the sender. Twelve were written in Dutch and two in English; each one is shown here in English, and you can switch to the original. They carry no star rating, because nobody was asked for one.
Three of them we tell in more detail:
Testimonials
“Hi Michiel! Thank you for the info, and thank you for all the help from DeltaProto that we have already received. This is exactly the change that we have just implemented (see attachment). I have not yet been able to contact Nordic, but I have contacted Expice to see if they can help us with the boards we have already. They are open to this, so I hope we can get the current boards working with them. I will keep you updated! Kind regards, Huibert Harteloh Hardware engineer Web: www.collie.eu”

“Ho Harm, Way better now, yes we received yesterday and looks like more promising that the first revision. BR Saul Alonso CTO Solid Optics”

“Good morning Harm, Robert-Jan tested the board yesterday and it was found to be good. Great! This means the other boards can be made and sealed. Can you indicate when you think you can deliver these? Robert-Jan will disassemble the tested board as soon as possible and send it to you so it can also be sealed. Thank you in advance for your response! Kind regards, Bram Swart LVNL Making aviation possible together”

“Dear Harm, PCBs were neat, no further comments on them. I plan to place a follow-up order for the modified PCB soon. Thank you for the feedback, I will look into it. Best regards, Research & Development Cremer Specialmachines B.V. Heereweg 5a 2161 AB Lisse, The Netherlands www.cremer.com CREMER UHLMANN GROUP”

“Hi Harm, The last two PCBs arrived today, these are also completely in order. Great work! Are there any tips or things you can share for ordering the larger batch later? For example, the production files of the modified solder paste stencil? We'll check if we want to have the last PC assembled. You'll get that automatically through the online portal Kind regards, Best regards, I am AV | Jeroen Roth | Tech Support Engineer”

“Hello Michiel, Harm, We have now received all 8 boards from you. They look very good! After the issues with the previous delivery (those small RF boards a few months back), I would like to compliment you on how you have produced, delivered, and handled this order. Everything looks great and the initial tests show that they do what they were designed for. ® You are making good progress. Thank you. Regards, Michel Latour leap development”

“Dear Harm, I have tested all delivered PCAs this week from HITT PR48 to HITT PR52. On PCA 8785 (HITT PR50), U19 was incorrectly placed. Everything else was fine. I will send that PCA to you for correction. There is no hurry. Kind regards / Best regards / Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Alexander Flipse Electronics Designer Hittech Multin BV”

“Dear Harm, The board arrived this afternoon. Great that you arranged it so quickly! Thank you for the good service! Marcel Moermans Senior Hardware Designer”

“Hello Eddy, I was actually very impressed with the speed of the first PCB and I hoped we could maintain that speed again. So again 10 working days, and the sooner the better. Last time Harm allowed me to schedule it for 20 days, but it was handled as 10 days, and it ended up being 1 week (if we disregard the 2 days of postal delay). Well, speed (and engineering) is your strong point as I see it now. That's why I've scheduled it with you again. Kind regards, Arjan van der Kamp Senior embedded engineer Quooker®”

“Hello Michiel, Thank you for the excellent service! Kind regards, Best Regards, Bart Hiddink CEO ISEETRON Ideetron b.v. Dorpsstraat 81, 3941JL, Doorn, The Netherlands”

“Dear Harm, I am very happy with the boards you made for us. They are well made, it was a good choice to outsource this to you. I am about to order a somewhat larger batch of power boards from a production company. I provided the BOM file in Deltaproto format at the time, and I can now download a modified version by you. May I use this modified version by you in my external request? Especially interesting because there are some alternatives in terms of supplier. I could of course also 'figure it out myself', but using your version is much easier. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, David Roosendaal”

“Hi Harm, Yes indeed. All 3 PCBAs are working. On 1, a part is not working but that could be because we resoldered the obsolete resonator from another board and it's no longer good. They are now on their way to our customer, tomorrow to TUV and the day after tomorrow to Assen. Thank you for the quick service. Regards, Marcel”

“Dear Harm, The 2® prototype has been received. After the changes, the board seems to be working completely, so you can proceed with the rest of the PCBs. I am extremely happy with the quick service. It's great to develop this way. It has saved me a lot of time and headaches. It's fine to use the email as a testimonial. That's not a problem. Kind regards, Maarten Bakker Development manager IORBIS BV”

“Dear Joost, we worked on the TEC10 PCB you have recently supplied to us. In general, we are satisfied with speed and quality of your work. PCB is very good, assembly work is also very good. Soldering quality is excellent. Please have a look at our test protocol and find out that placement of a few resistors went wrong. Sorry for delay, the debug process depends on firmware, which is also needs to be written and tested. So you can continue with assembling the rest boards. Thank you. Andrew Gorbenko.”
