Why we prefer working with a mutual NDA

"Can you quickly sign this NDA?"

We get that one a lot. And of course we sign it.

But sometimes it's one-sided: we have to keep everything confidential… but the other way around, not.

That doesn't feel logical to us.

Because at DeltaProto we don't work as a "pass-through".

We think along. We solve problems. We share insights.

And sometimes the solution isn't a new #ProtoPCBA, but an idea, a tweak or a different approach.

And that's valuable information too.

That's why we prefer working with a mutual NDA.

Not because we want to be difficult, but because collaboration goes both ways.

It makes sure that: * 👉 both parties can speak openly * 👉 engineers can freely think along * 👉 ideas get shared without holding back

Because the best solutions don't come from one party keeping everything to themselves, but from working together on the same problem.

And yes — that means we also take responsibility for your information.

And then it's fair to expect the same in return, right?
