We have created a process unique to PCBA prototyping. We have developed machines and software that enable us to produce and modify proto PCBAs as quickly and easily as possible. This service allows the electronic engineer to iterate a design several times very easily.
We have divided the proto PCBA process into 4 steps. In each of the steps, there is (sometimes only brief) coordination between us and the developer. That's why it's useful to know this process. The better you know these steps, the easier it will be to carry out the iterations one after the other.
In this first step you check prices and delivery time, upload your data and answer some technical questions. When all is clear we tell you your request is ready to be ordered

Upload your Gerbers,BOM and Centroid We now analyse your data, have our PCB supplier check your gerbers, check component availability and check your controid. In some cases we have some additoinal questions, we sent you by mail.
In some cases we ask you to answer our Technical Project Questions.
If all is clear we know the final price and possible delivery time and set yourequest to 'Ready to Order'. If you are happy with our proposal, click 'Order' and your project is launched.
In this step we order the PCB, the stencil and all the components. We also sent you a mail with the components you indicated you wanted to consign.
The Stencil is always check by us and in some cases you check prices and delivery time, upload your data and answer some technical questions. When all is clear we tell you your request is ready to be ordered
Based on the BOM we sent out purchase orders to all our ill out the Calculator If the pricing
In this step we make the first sample of your order. Over time we found out that more than 90% of the projects needed smaller or larger iterations. Therefore we sent you the first sample to evaluate
The ProtoFoto will give you the opportunity to order several different proto PCBAs, we call and have them adjusted if necessary. This way you can refine your design several times within a project.
When your last sample is to your satisfaction. We manufacture the remainder of your order. This normally takes 5 days.
The process is tailored for prototyping and 0-series. We would be surprised if you would be able to find a service beter suited for your proto and 0-series needs. Especially when you believe in 'learning by doing'.
